There are many CEOs who are conservative in thinking, who may more believe in Micro-management rather than following the paths of delegation at workplace may be due to their reservedness and possessive behavior. It is important to believe today's work place is designed in network of teams, building good rapport with colleagues to reach the milestones, and no more one man show system can be effective as employees have more positive energy to drive the company forward than CEO and directors of the company.
As we wait and look for some rest in a day of 24 hours, it is not a surprising factor that an employee might demand days of leave during a full financial year. This is not merely to concentrate on personal life as we practice to balance the work and personal life everyday. This is more like to allow brain to have some rest of hustle pressures, challenges, critics at workplace. Changing routine allows a man to think in different angels of the same problem which may finally provides some solutions to the unsolved issues at the work place.
Research encourages vacation from work and it boosts employee's confidence and reduce inter dependency at workplace. Through out decades inter dependency process at production line has made production more delayed, and increase the idle time in the manufacturing concerns.
