Improving Organization Performance through Effective Leadership Skills

Leaders are every where and anyone can be leader in recent context, but we have a question to be asked ourselves first, is our leadership  effective and successful? If yes, at end of the day you become the big boss and centre point of improved organization performance. 

The single style of traditional approach of leadership is not of use in modern era. We would not like to talk about our leaders being democratic, autocratic, laisezz faire or charismatic. We are searching for leaders who are able to use the situational approach of leadership. This drive the organization to achieve the corporate vision, mission and objectives. Situation approach of leadership simply signifies us , no particular leadership style is the best for the organization; but it is must influenced and affect the circumstance and situation in which our managers they apply the approach. Simply the right approach to right time and right situation is more than enough to boost the organizational performance and to create better staff motivation. 

But this might be very difficult to digest some of our CEOs and Managers as they thought is strictly attached with single style.
